My Dad & I Photo Contest

Contest Period: 12th – 30th June 2015

Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
2. The promoter is Bond With Me Sdn. Bhd. (Company no: 1070373k) [herein after referred to as “BWM”] whose registered office is at A709, Jalan 16/11, Phileo Damansara 1, Off Jalan Damansara, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
3. Employees and their immediate family members of BWM and its associated companies are not eligible to participate in the contest.
4. The contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents who are 13 years old and above as at 1^st June 2015.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Website orFacebook. If there is any query, contestant may contact BWM via email atmy.marketing@bondwith.me or PM BWM’s Facebook page.
6. Closing date for entry will be on 30^th June 2015, at 12 midnight (Malaysian time, +8.00GMT). After closing, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Winners will be announced on BWM Facebook Fan Page and BWM website on 5^th July 2015.
7. Winners will need to provide address, contact number and their full name for verification purposes (pm us on FB only!).
8. BWM has the absolute discretion and right to decide the winners. The judges’ decisions in this competition are final.
9. This competition is sponsored solely by BWM and is not associated in any way with Facebook or any other social media. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy policy found here.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be determined according to the most number of  “Like” obtained for a photo.
15. Winners will be announced on BWM’s Facebook Fan Page and BWM’s website on 5^th July 2015. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Malaysian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Malaysia personal data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without obtaining prior consent.
19. The contestant grants BWM an unqualified permission to use the photo submitted including for BWM’s marketing and promotional purposes and the contestant further agrees to execute an assignment agreement to assign the copyright of the photo to BWM if required todo so by BWM.
20. The contestant warrants and represents to BWM that he/ she is the original author of the photo submitted.The contestant further warrants and represents that if he/ she is not the copyright owner of the photo, the contestant has obtained the copyright owner’s permission to use the photo for the contest and that the use of the photo by BWM will not infringe copyright of any third party.
