Terms & Conditions :-
1. The campaign is open for participation by both Malaysians and non-Malaysians.
2. All participants are required to “Like” Bond WithMe’s Facebook Page.
3. All participants are required to send a portfolio of less than 5MB to my.marketing@bondwith.me .
4. The portfolio information shall include: –
i. Full name as per in identification card
ii. Identification card number
iii. Contact number
iv. Residential address
v. Artworks such as graphic design, 3D Animation,character design and comic.
5. The participants must be proficient in English and/or Malay. Ability to understand the Chinese language is an added advantage.
6. The job of freelancer is on a work from home basis.
7. Submission of artworks may not lead to a recruitment of the participant in any form. Bond With Me’s decision to recruit any participant is final.
8. If Bond With Me decides to recruit a participant, the participant will be required to sign a separate agreement for service (“the said agreement”) and the terms and conditions herein shall form an integral part of the said agreement.
9. Bond With Me is at all times NOT under any obligation to incur, reimburse and provide any costs, compensation or payment to the participant for creating and submitting the artwork.
10. By participating in this campaign, the participant warrants and represents that the artwork submitted is original work created by the participant’s own effort.If the submitted artwork is found to be not original and no valid explanation is given to Bond With Me, the participant who submits the artwork will be disqualified immediately from this campaign.
11. The participant warrants and represents that the copyright of the artwork submitted belongs to the participant and that the use of the artwork by the participant and Bond With Me will not infringe copyright of any third party. If the participant is found to be not the copyright owner of the artwork, the participant will be disqualified immediately from the campaign.
12. While the copyright of artwork submitted to Bond With Me shall remain the participant’s, Bond With Me is under no obligation to return the artworks tot he participant.
13. The participant gives their absolute consent to Bond With Me to process his/ her personal data for the purposes relating to this campaign and for the purposes incidental thereto. Any personal data relating to the participants will be used in accordance with the Malaysian personal data protection legislations.
14. Bond With Me reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time it deems fit without prior notice to the participant.
